Once we finally had the RV out of the repair shop we were really itching to get it out camping again. Since we purchased it a few months ago we have only been able to take it on one camping trip (America’s Birthday). We decided to check out a place we had heard a lot about but had not been able to see yet, Detroit lake. Detroit Lake is a dam lake about an hour and half outside of Portland and on the way to Bend. When we bought the new Alpha 1 we knew that it was going to need to go into the repair shop to fix a few things that we just can’t do ourselves.
